是的，杰出人才虽然不需要在美国投资50万美金，但是对申请人有一定的要求。
申请美国杰出人才移民需要满足以下十项中的三项才可以申请。
1、获奖：因在本领域的杰出成就而获得过国际级或国际认可的奖励或奖章，及本行业或非本行业的奖项；
2、会员：全国性或国际承认的专业性学会、协会、团体或组织成员；
3、媒体报道：因在本领域的成就和贡献，被报纸、电台、电视或其他新闻报道过；
4、评委及裁判资格：以个人或委员会成员的形式在本领域里享有裁判或鉴定人资格；
5、突出贡献：在本里域内，曾经做出过重要学术研究或艺术上的独创、突破性贡献；
6、出版：申请人在报纸杂志上发表过有关本领域的文章，出版或计划出版专业书籍等；
7、艺术展示：在国家级或具有较高声誉或较大影响的艺术展览会或其他场所上举办过作品展或其他展示活动；
8、重要职位：在工作领域、重要专业组织、团体担任主要领导或其他重要职务；
9、公益：参加任何慈善或公益活动的记录，奖章，收据，影像资料；
10、艺术上的商业成功：艺术节、音乐会、书画展；如影片的票房收入、录影带、录音带、CD的销售、书画作品的拍卖或出售等。

1.Extraordinary Ability ：杰出才能

You must demonstrate international recognition for your outstanding achievements in a particular academic field. You must have at least 3 years experience in teaching or research in that academic area. You must be entering the United States in order to pursue tenure or tenure track teaching or comparable research position at a university or other institution of higher education.
